Back Pain Miracle

Yesterday I received a phone call. The gentleman was dying from pain that he got from putting on his pants wrong as he said. He was wondering if I could help him. He had a good idea of what was going on. He even understood the muscle group that was predominantly causing a problem was the IlioPsoas I was able to fit him in later in the day. He came in, barely able to stand really bad pain. Ironically, there was a couple that was also in who were curious if I could help with back pain. I said I don't know. Let's take a look see what happens with this guy, I worked on him for 5 to 10 minutes and then we came out they couldn't believe it was the same person they booked a session for Monday. Because that's how powerful releasing the right muscles can be. The main challenge with this type of back pain is how do we keep this muscle from tightening up. Because he felt it coming, and it was just a simple thing putting on his pants and he was essentially laid out. And this type of pain is felt on one side generally it's going to be on the low back. It's going to be hard to lie down flat on your back. Getting in and out of the car can be really difficult in this case and lifting the leg up is just brutal. With the release of the soul as muscle and the related muscles, we break that pattern. But the real power comes in with how do we keep this from coming back.
I threw out my back last year and through meditation and mindfulness. I was able to release the muscles. The next day I was in a lot of soreness and my body kind of wanted to slip back into that pattern. What I found was using a technique called glide walking, which I will post below, is a game changer. I'm not kidding when I say learning this technique can change your life. It is so simple once you have it you will never forget it. The way I describe it is firing your glutes when you walk. This gives the so as a gentle stretch and also stretches a hamstring. This is functional realignment of the body. Nothing is better than this. The instructor I learned it from will give more advanced techniques more steps please do not worry about it if you cannot do them. Just tightening and activating the glutes is enough to change your life and then once you have that down, you can begin to add in the other techniques.
